One thing I’ve noticed with this potion is I set more boundaries with others to protect my energy. Being drained isn’t a good look so I take more time to just myself and do things that lift me up. I used to allow people to be pretty draining and I’m wanting to not let those people be around me

I havent been focusing on self care and barely look at myself in the mirror. Since this potion I put up a mirror next to my room and start doing self love affirmations. An ugly shell of a person is how I feel when I’m run down. I do so much for others and that’s how I have been for a long time cuz I love to help and be there for others plus being a parent etc. well I’m back to investing in taking better care of my skin and hair and I’m feeling more confident when I’m working out. I’m not feeling guilty like I was before about sleep. I have a chronic illness and when I’m able to rest I need to and I used to not because I wanted to keep up with others who don’t have chronic illnesses. I have a very clear goal for my aesthetic and investing back to that too I’ve really missed being able to express myself through my clothes makeup and hair and I’m finding things in the mundane that help. Also with wealth magick finding clothes , makeup hair and skin care etc cheaper!
