Experiment update

So I am working on my eating habits. Especially having Gastroparesis I need a special diet. So I have been using repetition with the intention to eat smaller meals. Gastroparesis you can’t usually eat a regular size meal like others especially if you’re flaring. Using this alongside weight loss for healthier eating habits it’s made a huge difference. I would either not eat at all or too much and it’s balancing out now so will continue this !

Repetition Potion

Repetition Potion is one of my favorite potion ever! People pay thousand of dollars to change their habit. And it is hard. It is so hard to be disipline enough to complete the 30 day to complete the shaky change. Even with 30 days, it still not concrete to hold the change.
Repetition Potion is so easy to change your habit. All I do is change what I want to change for 6 minutes. Then for a week, I try to work on the change. And after that, the change is concrete and will stick. There is no other process that is more easy to change then Repetition Potion! I highly recommend this. I make improvement every week.
