1. Place one drop between your eyes and one drop behind each ear. You must do a water fast for 12 hours after you put on the oil. The fast only needs to be done the first time you use the oil. You may also wear this potion by applying a drop behind each ear or on pulse points daily.

2. How to Use:

Carve your name on a white candle. Anoint white candle with 6 drops of oil Light candle for 6 minutes. After 6 minutes blow the candle out and throw it away. You may repeat this weekly using a new candle each time ❤️

Magickal!

So I have done the oil on a candle and it suppresses your appetite. That is good, however I go to yoga a few times a week and rub it on my forearms before I go. I sweat like crazy in the class, and even get shakes and proper protein bowls after. When I don't use oil before the class, I don't sweat as much.

With this oil and a proper workout routine, you will shed the pounds really quick. Not only that, you will KEEP it off as well :) 5 stars :D

It feels exciting

Last year, I paid thousand dollars in gym member and only went approximately 15 times with no improved fitness and intact weight gain continued.
