1. My previous landlord wanted to keep all the deposit money for himself and drag out nonsense. I asked Valac to close the transaction by end of day business (Friday) this is Tuesday. Friday 4pm, I got an email from the realtor the deposit has been transferred.

2. I did a staycation at a wonderful hotel. 5 Star in every sense. They used an underground parking garage, the car rear window came back smashed. I originally bought this because someone owed me a few 1000$. I had also used damnation on this person. I got all the money back and then some.
